Who Are We?
For over 18 years, Fuddruckers has been the home of "The World's Greatest Hamburgers." Fuddruckers was founded in 1980 by Phil Romano in San Antonio, Texas. The concept was simple: offer moderately priced, high quality hamburgers that are cooked to order with fresh ingredients. Guests participate in the experience by building their own sandwich from a loaded fresh produce and condiment area.
Our Menu
The mainstays of our menu are the one-half and one-third pound hamburgers. Each hamburger is made from beef that is ground fresh daily at the resturant. Our buns are also baked from scratch every day. In fact, guests can watch their entire meal being prepared from start to finish.
